Shipping Policy
Processing Times All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you informed.
Please note: print-on-demand items (such as mugs and posters) are made to order and may take an additional 3–7 business days to produce before dispatch. These items may ship separately from other items in your order.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
We're based on Kangaroo Island, SA, so please allow a little extra time for orders heading to remote locations.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, however delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at contact@innerseecreative.com.au and we'll do our best to make it right.
