Our Commitment We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Change of Mind As many of our products are original artworks, prints, and made-to-order items, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@innerseecreative.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or fault
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Print-on-Demand Items Items produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner (mugs, posters, and similar products) are made to order. Refunds or replacements for these items are only available in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
Incorrect Items If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days and we'll resolve it promptly.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
